How the imminent Return to Work Act will revolutionise Workers Compensation in South Australia, and what your organisation will need to do to be ready for it.

In 2014 the South Australian Government passed the Return to Work Act, which will commence operation on 1 July 2015. This represents the biggest change to Workers Compensation in South Australia for over 25 years!

DW Fox Tucker will be holding a full day workshop which will provide an overview of how the Return to Work Act will affect your business as well as recently gazetted Permanent Impairment Assessment Guidelines and the Return to Work Regulations.
