The new Uniform Civil Rules came into effect on 18 May 2020. These rules unify the court rules between the Magistrates, District and Supreme jurisdictions in South Australia. The principal objective of the new regulations is to facilitate the just, efficient, timely, cost-effective and proportionate resolution or determination of proceedings before the Courts.
