After gaining early experience in a commercial private practice in Melbourne and a private practice in Adelaide specialising in workers compensation, personal injury, and medical negligence, Lisa went on to build a strong career in workplace relations through roles with both a union and the South Australian Business Chamber. This dual perspective has provided Lisa with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both sides of the employment relationship.
Lisa has advised on all areas of HR and industrial relations, including conflict resolution and workplace disputes, policy development, employment contracts, enterprise agreements, award interpretation, disciplinary and termination matters, and compliance with the Fair Work Act.
With significant advocacy experience, Lisa has represented clients before the Fair Work Commission and the South Australian Employment Tribunal in matters such as unfair dismissal, general protections, and underpayment of wages claims.
