Sally Monaghan

Sally Monaghan is an Associate in DW Fox Tucker Lawyers’ Litigation Team, practising in commercial dispute resolution and litigation.

Sally advises businesses, organisations and individuals on a wide range of commercial disputes, providing strategic and practical legal advice tailored to her clients’ objectives. She understands that disputes can be complex, time-consuming and disruptive, and works closely with clients to achieve efficient and commercially focused outcomes.

Sally is involved in matters across various jurisdictions and stages of the dispute resolution process, from early negotiations and alternative dispute resolution through to court proceedings.

Having worked in commercial litigation since commencing her legal career, Sally has acted for large organisations, small and medium-sized enterprises and private individuals across a broad range of disputes. Her experience enables her to provide practical advice while remaining focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Sally began her career in the legal profession in 2022 as a receptionist before progressing into a paralegal role and subsequently being admitted to practice in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), providing her with a strong understanding of both the legal and commercial considerations that arise in disputes.

Since joining DW Fox Tucker Lawyers in January 2025, Sally has become a valued member of the firm, earning recognition for her professionalism, strong analytical skills and commitment to client service.
