DW Fox Tucker Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of James Geddes as Senior Associate in the firm’s Litigation Team, together with the internal promotions of Sally Monaghan and Rachael Siow.
James Geddes joins the firm with extensive experience in insurance, litigation and general commercial matters. Throughout his career, he has acted for insurers, government entities, corporations and private clients, establishing a strong reputation for advocacy, dispute resolution and strategic legal advice.
His appointment further strengthens DW Fox Tucker Lawyers’ Litigation Team, which is widely recognised as one of South Australia’s leading litigation practices.
Chief Executive Officer, Narelle Lee, said the addition of James to the team reinforces the firm’s investment in talented professionals.

The firm is also proud to announce the internal promotions of Sally Monaghan and Rachael Siow to Associate, effective 1 July 2026.
Sally joined the firm’s Litigation Team in January 2025 and has demonstrated exceptional technical ability, professionalism and commitment to client service.
Rachael joined the firm’s Commercial Team in May 2025 and has consistently delivered outstanding results for clients while making a significant contribution to the firm. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay, Rachael assists a diverse client base and provides legal advice to clients from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
“These promotions recognise the outstanding quality of work, dedication and strong work ethic demonstrated by both Sally and Rachael,” Narelle said.
