Nicholas brings substantial experience across estate planning, estate administration and estate disputes, complemented by a broader civil litigation background. Since his admission to the legal profession in 2012, he has developed extensive experience in both disputed and undisputed estate matters.
His practice encompasses estate planning and succession matters, family provision claims, disputes involving executors and beneficiaries, applications to remove or pass over executors, and trustee disputes.
