Renowned for her passionate people-focused approach, multi-skilled organisational expertise, commitment to continuous cultural development, and proactive eye to opportunities or risks, Narelle exhibits all the right character traits and skills required to successfully deliver our vision. Arriving with a mandate to modernise how we work, she is keenly focused on developing premium-level client support services while creating an enjoyable, contemporary high-performance workplace culture.

Lecia Wood’s resume is a roll call of legal success in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and insolvency. A decisive thinker with a natural legal mind, Lecia has an innate ability to rapidly and precisely identify and implement the right course of action for her clients.
