To Our Valued Clients, Colleagues and Associates

Due to the SA Governments advice for people to work from home where possible for the next 2 – 3 weeks, the firm has decided that all staff will work from home during this period to help protect our team and the wider South Australian community. Our staff will be available via phone and email, and we do not anticipate any interruption to our services. All phone calls to our direct line (08 8124 1811) will be diverted to our receptionist, Mandy, who will ensure that the appropriate person returns your call at the earliest possible time. All other forms of contact (mobile numbers and email addresses) remain the same. These measures will remain in place until our expected return to the office in early February.

As the country transitions from trying to suppress COVID-19 to living with it, and our State Government adopts new strategies for testing, tracing, isolating and quarantining, DW Fox Tucker has determined that new policies and procedures must be implemented to reduce the risk of COVID-19 entering our office and spreading to staff, clients and other visitors. During this challenging period, our paramount concern is ensuring that we provide a safe environment for our staff and clients that will protect them from serious illness and allow us to maintain a high level of service with as little interruption as possible.

For that reason, effective immediately, we respectfully request that all staff, clients and other visitors be fully vaccinated before entering our premises. Anyone that attends our office is now required to:

  1. provide evidence of vaccination upon arrival;
  2. QR check-in at the reception desk;
  3. wear a mask at all times (3 layered cloth or surgical);
  4. maintain appropriate social distancing where possible; and
  5. follow any other safety guidelines that may be implemented as the situation evolves.

If you meet the requirements for attending our office, but you’re feeling unwell, please do not attend our office. If the matter needs to be dealt with urgently, we will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative that doesn’t require you to attend our office.

If you cannot visit our premises because you are unvaccinated or unable to follow our safety guidelines, we will work with you to arrange suitable alternatives that ensure the high quality of service expected of our firm is maintained. For our clients, you can continue to access our services via traditional means, however, the majority of our appointments will be done remotely rather than face-to-face. If a face-to-face meeting is required for us to perform an essential service, we will make an arrangement with you that is COVIDSafe outside of our premises.

We understand that these steps may inconvenience some people, but we have taken them because protecting the safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients, visitors, and their families is essential. We appreciate your support and understanding in this endeavour as we work through this difficult period together.

If you have any concerns or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact your usual point of contact at the firm or Mandy via our direct line (08 8124 1811) or email (info@dwfoxtucker.com.au). They will then direct your concern or query to the appropriate person, who will contact you as soon as possible.

We hope you and your families are safe and wish you the very best.

Sincerely,
the DW Fox Tucker team.
